Step 2 – Drag it to Primary / mark as Not Spam
- In Gmail: drag the email into Primary and click “Yes” when it asks if you want to do this for future messages.
- In other providers: click “Not spam” or “Move to inbox”.
Step 3 – Whitelist us (add to contacts)
- Add Info@panduoapp.com to your Contacts / Address Book.
- In other providers: click “Not spam” or “Move to inbox”.
- This tells your provider: “Hey, this sender is important.”
